Telehealth

TELEHEALTH HOW TO

WHAT YOU NEED:
A smart phone, laptop, tablet, or computer (must have camera,microphone, and speakers use with Google Chrome of Firefox) . Reliable Wi-Fi or LAN connection.

NOTE: You will not be able to use the Telehealth service from a mobile device while traveling as it will not provide a stable connection.

AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Click on your providers name and it will take you to their virtual waiting room. You will need to allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
AFTER CONNECTED AND YOU DO NOT SEE SOMEONE PLEASE WAIT AND THEY WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY, PLEASE DO NOT DISCONNECT

When the provider is ready the will bring you into the visit. 
(Recommend getting connected 5 to 10 minutes ahead of appointment time in case you have an issue)
